John Esskandanian
Founder & Managing Member
John founded Imagine in 2013 but began his career in finance in 2005 after graduating from The University of Texas Arlington. He then transitioned and joined the healthcare industry in 2007, working for a top medical device company. John began to work directly with healthcare end users, which sparked a passion for starting Imagine. His primary focus is driving company strategy, communicating and meeting the needs of our customers, developing talent, and driving growth. His service-first mindset is what makes Imagine thrive.
Marc Taylor
Managing Member
Marc is a Managing Member of Imagine, who leads the design and execution of customer plans bringing tremendous value boasting 25 years of experience in intra-operative workspaces. With a deep understanding of our client’s goals, he has been instrumental in the design of neurosurgical, orthopedic, robotic, cardiovascular, and hybrid suites across the country. Marc brings a profound understanding of healthcare technology, immeasurable guidance, and mentorship to the team and emphasizes the importance of bringing value to everyone we work with daily.
Brad Jones
General Manager
Brad is the General Manager at Imagine and is responsible for our strategic direction, vision, and performance. Known for driving growth, maximizing operational excellence, and delivering financial performance, he believes in creating a service-first culture, believing that “if you take care of your employees, they will take care of your customers.” With his past experience as Director of Imaging & Resection at a market-leading medical device manufacturer and his customer-centric mindset, he helped spearhead the new Imaging & Resection division. He played a key role in bringing a new technology product to market and establishing the largest Imaging & Resection division in the country. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
Jake Lindsey
Director of Business Development
Jake is the Director of Business Development at Imagine driving our growth strategy by exploring new sales opportunities and developing strong relationships with customers at the pre-construction stage of their project. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Health and obtained his Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He began his career in the medical device industry, gaining experience in the operations of healthcare and specializing in the design of the Sterile Processing space. Jake is widely known for his tenacity, honesty, and commitment to providing high-quality solutions for his clients. His previous companies have recognized him for his extraordinary commitment to innovation and out-of-the-box thinking to improve overall outcomes.
Bryan Kemmerer
Director of Revenue Operations
Bryan is the Director of Revenue Operations for Imagine, focusing on all the interworkings of the business, from financials to IT to HR, and overseeing the entire operational process of construction. Bryan graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, moving on then to collect a degree from General Electric’s Commercial Leadership Program. With experience in aerospace, oil, and gas industries, he’s helped reinforce the core belief that all business functions must operate in a manner that ensures every project is a win for our customers and Imagine. He cultivates relationships and pushes our team to find ways to execute, regardless of the obstacle or deadline.
Chase Carpenter
Senior Project Executive
As Senior Project Executive for Imagine, Chase is responsible for leading the entire pre-construction process: management, coordination, delivery of materials, being the main point of contact for every client, developing division strategy, planning and overseeing the construction team’s work, and adhering to the construction schedule are just a fraction of his duties. He is a strategic driver for organizational excellence and enjoys the hands-on approach to developing growth strategy and client satisfaction with every project. With his engineering background within the medical device sector over the last 15 years, Chase utilizes that expertise to ensure our teams create ideal client results.
Calvin Smith
Senior Project Executive
Calvin is a Senior Project Executive for Imagine, with over a decade of expertise in the hospital industry. After graduating from West Point, he has gone on to collect extensive experience in healthcare construction, ensuring the on-time delivery of all projects at Imagine and upholding the industry-leading standards of quality and safety with minimal disruption to the staff. Calvin’s solutions-based approach to every project results in overwhelming client approval and improved patient outcomes. Calvin takes great pride in leading his team to accomplish the vision orchestrated by the Pre-Construction team.
Tom Hayden
Quality Controller
As our Quality Controller for Imagine, Tom is a graduate of The University of North Texas who oversees processes to provide high-level customer service and superior business conduction. His tireless work ethic and commitment to the team are contagious. There is a common saying at Imagine meetings, “Be what the company needs you to be,” which Tom embodies. With a humble mindset, Tom relishes the opportunity to help where he can on top of his primary responsibilities. His team-first approach continues to help execute complex projects on time and under budget while building strong customer relationships.
